What You'll DO

As an LPN, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centered care in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

You will:

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly
• Perform nursing assessments within LPN scope
• Document care and observations in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers and med techs
• Help ensure residents’ safety, dignity, and well-being

This role is ideal for nurses who value relationships, teamwork, and meaningful resident care.

Required Qualification

• Current, active Illinois LPN license (required)
• Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift

Preferred Experience

• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care experience
• Dementia care experience or training
• Medication administration and wound care experience
• Experience with EHR systems such as ALIS
